Summary: Mediocre at best. We flew in late to O'Hare and chose this property because they had a late check in and a late shuttle. After we got our baggage, I called the hotel to arrage for the shuttle and verify where we would meet them. The lady who answered was rude and said she wouldn't send the shuttle until we were at the pick up location. We were already walking to the area when I had called but she refused to send the shuttle until we were there. It took us about 5 mins to walk there. I call and let her know and she, rudely said okay but it would take 20 mins for the shuttle to arrive. Why didn't she send it when I first called? It wouldn't have taken anyone more than 10 mins to arrive at the pick up location after getting their baggage. The sofa bed was super old and flat, my son had a very hard time sleeping on it. The only good thing was the lovely woman working the breakfast desk the following morning. She was kind. I would not stay again.

Summary: I was very happy with my stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The hotel also has a shuttle bus, which made getting to and from the airport very convenient.

Summary: Online it said breakfast was included, but it wasn’t unless you purchased it. Also they charge $22 to park which isn’t on the website and a $2.46 parking tax. Seriously? You need to include this information on your site! So while I supposedly got a $29 discount for booking through hotels.com the racket on charges were significantly higher than $29. Just be honest.

Summary: I needed an affordable place to spend a 15 hour layover. The room is large and bit comfortable and clean.. And the food at the little Marriott Café in the lobby was made fresh and very tasty, although slightly overpriced.

Summary: The location was fine. Got a room with free breakfast but when we asked about, they said there wasn’t one. After it was too late, to enjoy it, we were offered a free breakfast! She was confused. The room smelled like old spice and cigarettes.

Summary: Room was fine but walls are thin and i could hear people in the halls at night. Also the hot tub was not working and the pool was way to warm it wasn't refreshing at all
